Kids who train jiu jitsu learn how to handle themselves physically and how to avoid fighting off the mats.
Kids learn how to cooperate, encourage each other and compete in a fun environment.
While most martial arts, including jiu jitsu, make look aggressive, children actually learn valuable self-regulation skills and breathing techniques which result in a calmer and more even-keeled attitude.
We have classes starting at age 7! Once a child is 13, they can transition to adult's classes.
We have one class daily for each age group Monday-Thursday, and with a membership your child can attend as many as you're able to bring them to, so long as it fits their age!
You can cancel your membership anytime, just be sure to let us know over email! If you have already signed your child up, we recommend that you bring them for at least a few more classes before they quit! It's easy to quit after having a hard day, but ask them again after a good day if they still want to stop.
